Delivery within the UK usually takes up to 4 working days, international orders take around 7 working days.

Do you sell paper or card bookmarks?

We only sell paper bookmarks in bulk based on customers own designs. Our minimum order is 100. More information can be found at our paper bookmarks page.

Which bookmarks can be engraved?

All of our charm bookmarks and many of our other bookmarks can be engraved. For further information regarding engraving please visit our personalised bookmark page for more information.

How much does engraving cost?

For initials to be engraved costs from £1.20, a short sentence costs £2.00 and a photo/image costs £4.50. If you choose to have an image engraved you can have your initials and a short sentence free of charge (if there is room)

What size photo would be appropriate?

We suggest sending a large image (jpeg/bitmap/corel/photoshop) via email or the actual photo or drawing by post. We will then adapt the image for engraving on to the bookmark, email it to you and await your final approval.

Do you supply wholesale bookmarks to booksellers?

The Memento Bookmarks seem like an unusual shape for a bookmark. Do they work effectively?

The Memento Bookmark range has been thoroughly tested and results show that the credit card shape is highly suitable as a bookmark. No tassle is required as the width of the bookmark acts as method of opening books to the correct page.

What are the dimensions of the bookmarks?

The bookmarks vary in size. The charm bookmarks are approximately 144mm long. The Memento Bookmark range are 83mm by 52mm.

What about refunds?

If you are in any way unhappy with any item purchased at this site, please return it to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will be happy to give you a full refund (less shipping). If you place an order and then change your mind we will offer you a full refund no questions asked. If the item has not yet been shipped then the refund will be for the full amount including shipping. Feel free to read our returns policy for further information.

What are memento bookmarks made of and do they require polishing?

They are solid brass, plated with 18K gold. They do not need polishing, but if handled a great deal we suggest wiping with a damp cloth.

How are they packaged?

Virtually all our bookmarks come in black gift boxes or pouches making them ideal gifts.

Do you sell any other bookmarks not shown on the website?

Yes, we do have a selection of bookmarks not displayed here, plus we are willing to make a specific bookmark to order where possible. Please contact us for further information.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

In the highly unlikely event of your bookmark arriving damaged please contact us immediately and we will re-send the item. Please have a quick read of our returns policy for further information.

Shipping to the USA will cost £5.00 (approximately $9.50) regardless of the size and weight of your order.
