Delivery

Our delivery charge is usually included within the formal quote, however it is typically based on delivery to one UK address. For international orders, please specify your delivery address prior to requesting a quote. If more than one delivery address is required there may be an additional delivery charge.

For UK deliveries we use UK Mail; a tracked 48 delivery service. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. If a timed delivery is required there may be an additional charge.

For international orders we use any of the following depending on the destination: UPS, FEDEX, ParcelForce, TNT.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the product, stock levels, volume ordered, time of year and manufacturing schedules. We always recommend that you confirm your order as early as possible to ensure that your deadlines are met.

Our lead times start at only 48 hours, however as many manufacturing runs need to be arranged weeks (or sometimes months!) in advance, communicating your deadline at an early stage is incredibly benficial and ensures smooth progress of your order.

Remember to factor in your artwork approval, sample manufacture and approval in to your overall schedule as these can easily cause delays.
