Formal Quotes

If you are a customer who has never ordered from us before, we will need a little bit of information from you first in order to ensure we can supply you with an accurate quote.

We need the following:

• Your business name
• Your contact details (telephone/email)
• What product/s you are interested in
• What volume you require
• Whether you require a sample first
• The deadline for delivery of the order
• Your branding requirements (logo/text/image)

Our sales team will prepare a quote for you with any suggestions to suit your requirements. The quote will be valid for 21 days and can be sent to you either by email, fax or post.



If we think that your deadline is unrealistic we will let you know at this stage to ensure that we don't disappoint.

If you are happy with your quote then we suggest you order a sample to double check that the item meets your expectations. We are usually able to provide you with a fully branded sample so you can see the final product prior to you placing your main order.
