Prince Philip to receive personalised photo gifts?
Prince Philip may receive personalised photo gifts to mark his 90th birthday this year as early images of the royal have been made public.
According to the Daily Mail, stills of the life of the Duke of Edinburgh, who is set to reach the milestone age on June 10th, will be on display at a special exhibition in Windsor Castle until January 22nd 2012 in honour of the celebration.
Some of the pictures to be included in the show will be ones taken of the consort as a toddler and as a schoolboy in the 1930s, while a rare photograph of the infant prince and his mother, Alice of Greece, was revealed to the public for the first time today (February 11th).
Earlier this month, it was reported that Prince Philip's grandson Prince William and his wife-to-be Kate Middleton had not reached a consensus regarding opting for wedding gifts or charitable donations from well-wishers to celebrate their marriage.
The pair are set to wed in April and a representative told People magazine that they were yet to reach a decision.
