If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it you must notify us in writing, either by email or post within 7 days of receiving it. You must then return it to us within 21 days of such notification. Upon receipt we will issue you with a full refund excluding the cost of delivery.
In the event that delivery was free of charge, the actual cost of delivery will be deducted from the total invoice value of the refund.
Please note that we can only accept returned goods that are undamaged and unsoiled with all labelling intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been engraved or personalised, unless there has been a clear engraving or personalising error on our part. You will need to arrange the return yourself and meet any costs incurred.
All our products are 100% guaranteed and you have the right to return any defective or faulty goods to us within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Regarding faulty products, we will provide you with, at your discretion, either replacement goods reimbursing any return delivery costs you may have incurred or a full refund.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of returned orders. We can only guarantee you with a refund if the goods are returned to us by recorded delivery.
